In Addition to the standard sliding glass door we can do custom doors, such as French doors. For these doors we work with Arcadia Custom where they specialize in custom aluminum doors. These doors are leading the industry currently and add a custom modern look to any home. These doors will make any cookie cutter house transform into a one of a kind houses that everyone would be talking about.

The French doors are made with thermally broken metal which will keep the air inside cool and the heat out. The frame is narrow with an option to swing in or out with single doors or pairs with or with out side lites, and come standard with a multi-point lock and traditional steel lock.

Sliding Glass Doors:

Your first option that is common is a sliding glass door. This type of patio door typically consists of a fixed panel and a door that will slide left to right or vice versa. This type of door can create a large open space, but can also work well in tight places where a normal door doesn’t have the option to open.

Bi-fold Patio Doors:

Want the ability to open your door without a fixed panel? Bi-fold doors are an option. Instead of sliding these doors will open as accordion style. The options are from 2 panels all the way up to five panels whichever way you want your doors to open. Much like standard sliding glass doors you have the option to pick the type of glass and color of the frame.

Another option for larger spaces are Multi-Sliding Glass Doors with Automation. This line of doors offers touch screen capability, Bluetooth capability and phone app, a remote control, exterior motion sensors, wireless motion sensors, and hand wave technology.

Because of location of your patio door, the glass is tempered to add safety when sharing the inside of your home to the outside. Much like windows, there are many options when it comes to the type of glass you want. Energy efficiency is key when living in the desert and we have plenty of options to help.
